Just Another Reason To Love "Fika"

The award-winning bar Tjoget known for their excellent and innovation cocktails have just made "fika" more interesting.

One of Swedens most popular pastry called "Semla" is expected to be eaten annually in February/March has over time been re-created in different forms and interpretations. Last week we had the honor of celebrating "Fat Tuesday" 2021 at Sweden's most award-winning bar Tjoget who produced two interpretations of the pastry in liquid form.

The first drink we got to taste was a drink called "Fat Tuesday Fizz" which is an interpretation of "Ramoz Gin Fizz" that has roots from a New Orleans. Thereafter we ended the evening with a drink called Fika 1.0, which is Tjoget's own interpretation of their favorite fika.

The drinks will be available at the menu for a limited amount of time and we would definitely recommend you to go try them.
