Finally, time has come for OMAKA to open up not far from famed bakery Mr. Cake.
OMAKA is a brewery and restaurant operated under the philosophy “Taste before style”. What if more restaurants would think like that? We can’t wait to eat and drink our way through the menu at this fresh addition to the restaurant scene with master brewer Hedda Spendrup behind the taps. Since we have not yet had the pleasure to visit (it opens up today, 2 September) OMAKA in person we can only fantasize about the menu.
But let’s just say that our eyes are currently set on starting with; truffle toast with parmesan fried in butter, the boquerones with grilled levain and the fried chicken with pickled cucumber and curry. After moving to the mid-sized dishes, we would go for; The Hamachi with rhubarb, the Wagyu éclair with caramelized onion, The charcoal grilled secreto iberico and the mushroom ravioli.
If this hasn’t filled us up, we will end with the dessert “Mjölkchoklad” no doubt. As for drinking? We will leave that to the professionals of OMAKA to accompany our dishes in the best way. Taste before the style we like! Go book a table.
