The acclaimed IMA bar is located above the TAK restaurant in Stockholm with magnificent views of the city. From 19 February and three weeks onwards, IMA by Oddbird, will emerge, which is the country's first non-alcoholic cocktail bar. The extensive cocktail list is based on the winery Oddbird's existing range together with brand new non-alcoholic beverages under development.
- In 2021, we will restart, at the same time as old rules and norms are being questioned about how society should be, how we should socialize and take advantage of our time. That is why we are opening a first alcohol-free bar to inspire a fresh start with a focus on awareness and presence, says Moa Gürbüzer, who founded Oddbird. We want to break ground in the sober curius movement and pave the way in the bar world for artisanal and health-enhancing cocktails. The alcohol that breaks down the body on so many levels now becomes superfluous for the taste experience.
The drink list is produced by Oddbird's bartender Alexander Mannerfors in collaboration with IMA and consists of classic cocktails and newly developed drinks with Asian flavors and influences.
IMA by Oddbird is open Thursday to Saturday for three weeks starting 19 February. On weekends, it is possible to enjoy an omakase tasting menu for those who also want to eat. Table reservations are recommended on IMA's website as the number of seats is severely limited.
